Jamaal Rolle - The Celebrity Artist is an award winning visual artist who is famous for his life- like portrait depictions of world figures, government officials, billionaires and A-list celebrities.  He proudly has the largest A-list portfolio in the world and has received critical acclaim for his portrait depictions of notable persons such as Pope Francis, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, HRH Prince Harry, US President Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Sir Sidney Poitier, Johnny Depp and Mark Wahlberg.    A gifted artist, Jamaal has the keen ability to present life-like images on his canvas and viewers are mesmerized by the subject’s likeness. He also draws and paints landscapes, ocean life and much more. Clients have commissioned the artist to create from their imagination or from photos. Jamaal has been featured in many international news stories and publications such as BBC, CBS, ABC, WSVN, TSN, People Magazine, The New York Post and more.   In July 2014, Jamaal held a one-man art exhibition featuring 41 portraits that was commissioned by the Ministry of Tourism, as part of the 41st Bahamian Independence Celebrations.  Titled, “Cultural Warriors” and opened by the Prime Minister, the successful event celebrated legends who contributed to culture and heritage.  Jamaal has been embraced by his country and community, having being recognized as one of forty-five great men honoured for their invaluable contribution towards the advancement and development of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas (2013); and was chosen as “The People’s Choice - Artist of The Year” (2012). Born in Nassau, Bahamas, Jamaal is a self-taught artist although his artistic roots derive from his parents Harry who is an artist and bronze sculptor, and his mother Judy who is a conch shell artist. Jamaal started from humble beginnings and understands the importance of assisting those who are less fortunate.
