At our last Rotary evening meeting, we had the privilege of hearing from Rotarian Dr. Davone Rolle, who delivered an engaging and insightful talk on managing anxiety. As a dedicated medical professional, Dr. Rolle shared valuable strategies for recognizing, understanding, and coping with anxiety in our daily lives.
From practical breathing techniques to lifestyle adjustments and mindfulness exercises, members gained helpful tools to manage stress and promote mental well-being. The discussion also emphasized the importance of self-care, seeking support when needed, and creating a balanced approach to handling lifeβs pressures.
A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Rolle for an enlightening session that reminded us all of the power of prioritizing mental health. Letβs continue to support each other and foster wellness within our Rotary family!
