Last week our guest speakers hailed all the way from the Penn Pratt Co-Education Unit. We were joined by Principal Renee Bowe and Headmaster Keith Simms who spoke to us about the work that is being done at the institution.
During the meeting, Ariel Seyour, wh was sponsored by PP Calnan Weech was inducted. Be sure to welcome her into our awesome and illustrious club.
Our Sargent of Arms was none other than new Rotarian Wilfred Baiin who proceeded to fine just about everyone, regardless of rank and/or title.
Rotarian Freddie was on hand welcoming everyone to the meeting despite the dismal weather.
For those of you who braved Mother Nature's wrath to be in the room kudos to you. To everyone else...was your absence fair to all concerned. I think you were fined too. Don't forget to send in your online payments.

The Bahamas Literacy Association held its 4th Annual Back-to-School event. This was a joint project with several rotary clubs, including our very own RCSEN. At the event, we assisted with the free diagnostic assessment and contributed items for the school supplies giveaway. Participants were treated to lunch.
