On February 5th, Dr. Novia Carter-Lookie, a distinguished speaker from the Bahamas National Drug Council, delivered an impactful presentation to members of the Rotary Club of South East Nassau during their lunch meeting. Her speech focused on the vital topic of "Building a Peaceful Bahamas: Strengthening Families."
