Last week's guest speaker was Donovan Ingraham who spoke on the topic "How we eat affects our future".
He spoke about the importance of diet and exercise and gave us an example of what our plates should look like, as well as common portion sizes (without the scale). This talk comes right in time as the Health & Wellness Committee launched the Healthy Meal Challenge, which runs until November 15th.
The raffle prize was a ticket to the upcoming Danging Under The Stars, which was won by our somewhat, still new-ish, Rotarian Ariel.
